Reporting a problem

Include your device model, iOS or Android version, Papro version and steps that reproduce the issue. You may attach a screenshot after removing private information. Never send your password, session tokens or another person's receipts.

Common questions

Does Papro send money?
No. Record a payment after making it yourself. Suggested settlements are calculations, not transfers.

Can I use it without an account?
Create an account or sign in to use Papro, manage your groups and accept invitations.

How do I delete my account?

Reference exchange rates

Papro obtains reference rates through Frankfurter from the European Central Bank (ECB) and the European Commission's InforEuro. ECB rates are generally updated on working days; InforEuro publishes monthly accounting rates. The original publication date is shown for each currency, so a rate may be daily or monthly.

Frankfurter may combine source rates or calculate cross rates. Papro calculates converted expense amounts, and you can enter your own rate. These calculated or user-entered values may differ from the original published source data. Rates are for reference, carry no warranty of accuracy or availability, and are not transaction quotes. Use of these sources does not imply endorsement of Papro by ECB, the European Commission or Frankfurter.
